Ada’s Hot Deli & Alimentari is a business and event catering project with a focus on simple-rustic Italian cuisine. Think Meatball sandwiches, Cheesy Stuffed Peppers and Meaty Lasagnas as well as stacked deli Sandwiches, fresh salads and antipasto platters. All of our sauces, dressings and ferments are made in house. We slice our deli meats fresh, make our meatballs by hand and extend seasonal produce by making our own preserves. The food is guided by the principles of ethical and sustainable sourcing.
Thus, we work in collaboration with some of Berlin-Brandenburg’s best artisans, suppliers and farmers. Organic and local produce is used as much as possible and our meat is always sourced from farms with high ethical standards. Our caterings are presented according to our client’s needs – buffet style, pre-packaged, plated in house. Regardless of how it arrives, we provide you with homemade heart-to-table cuisine that is always made fresh, with quality ingredients and lots of love.
